Day 1: Srinagar Arrive Srinagar where you will be received by our representative and transferred to the house boat. In the afternoon visit Dal Lake and enjoy the ride by Shikara. Srinagar is famous as the honeymoon destination and is also the capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
Day 02: Srinagar Post breakfast; visit the rest of the places of Srinagar including canals, Mughal Gardens and House boats. Some of the more popular gardens of Srinagar are Shalimar gardens, built by Mughal Emperor Jehangir for his wife Nur Jahan. Nishat Garden is the largest in Mughal garden whilst Chashma Shahi is the smallest. Visit the majestic Pari Mahal, founded by Shah Jahan’s eldest son Dara Shiko.
Day 3: Srinagar After breakfast, a short shopping trip to Srinagar. Kashmir is famous for handicrafts in all over the world and for jewellery, Accessories, stone etc. Rest of the day is free for exploring the area. Over night stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar – Pahalgam Post breakfast leave Srinagar and drive for Pahalgam. Pahalgam is 97 kms from Srinagar. En-route to Pahalgam you will have the opportunity to view the Saffron field, lots of rice fields and the beautiful country side. Pahalgam is famous resort in Kashmir. There are many activities for adventure tourism like Golf, Fishing, and Trekking etc.
Day 5: Pahalgam – Gulmarg Visit the Baramulla district Hill resort, discovered in 1927 by the Britishers and also called the ‘ Switzerland of India’. In winters Gulmarg is famous for Skiing, Trekking and for Golf. Overnight at Gulmarg resort.
Day 6: Gulmarg – Srinagar-Delhi (about 60 km) After breakfast leave Gulmarg and drive back to Srinagar to board train to Delhi and on arrival transfer to the Airport to board flight to your home/onward destination.
